I love the classes for a multitude of reasons! Hands on experience, inventive menus, and the in-depth explanations, just to name a few...
The cooking class schedule is being forwarded along through a few different friend circles, so hopefully you’re ready for a lot of new students!
See you soon - Jenn D.

I have taken a lot of cooking classes around the Bay Area but yours is the first one where I have felt comfortable enough to ask all of my “stupid” questions. I love how you really speak to the home chef and aren’t patronizing or pretentious. The food was delicious and I loved meeting the other students, too. I am so happy to have found you. All the luck - you deserve it! - Alice H.

I don’t know how you do it but you always get the most interesting people here; It’s like a fun dinner party! Good food and good people, what can be better? - Katherine B.

Thanks very much for a fun and rewarding class. You put a lot of effort in and add a lot of general cooking details that I found of help. – Richard L.

I left your class and went straight to Whole Foods to get ingredients to make everything again. It was so good and so much fun. Thank you for a wonderful evening, I look forward to many more. – Edward L.

I consider myself a pretty competent chef, but 15 minutes into class, you already showed me some tricks that I wish I had known decades ago. Great Class! – Margaret Y.

I made the full Vietnamese menu for my family and it got raves! Thank you for showing my mom I’m not a complete disaster in the kitchen. - Erin L.

The chicken we prepared in class last night was some of the best chicken I have ever eaten. I still cannot believe how easy it was. I absolutely will cook it again -
Thank you for the recipes and most of all the inspiration. – Valerie H.

I hosted a dinner party this weekend with the recipes we made in class. Everybody loved it and I think I got you 8 new students. - Heather M.

My husband is jealous - he used to be the chef in the household but now he’s the one relegated to dish duty. Who would have ever thought that I’d come to love cooking?! – Barbara E.
